自去年六月反送中運動開始，林鄭為保政權，不惜縱容香港警隊知法犯法，甚至大幅增加警隊撥款，讓警權無限擴大，甚有北韓「先軍政治」的風範。
橫行的警隊近日隨意找市民出氣。有警員在深水埗通州街公園執行職務期間，突然以鐵鎚、高球掍等破壞街友私人物品和食糧，更扯街友頭髮、腳踢下陰，蓄意傷害其身體，令他受到極大侮辱；同月又有警員迫街友手握早已準備好的西瓜刀，企圖插贓嫁禍街友，並對他拳打腳踢至肋骨骨裂。黑警橫行如黑社會，令人髮指。
警隊起初打算包庇同袍，後來有議員要求翻查閉路電視後，警隊才迫於無奈「立案調查」。不過根據往積，黑警定必被放生，警權似乎只會持續無限擴大。

Since the Anti-ELAB movement started last June, Carrie Lam has been condoning the lawlessness of the HK Police Force in a scramble for political power - not unlike the military first policy of North Korea. Recently, they have even resorted to venting their anger on the homeless out of spite.
Police officers were carrying out duties in Sham Shui Po’s Tung Chau Street Park when they suddenly went on a rampage, damaging the personal belongings and food supplies belonging to the homeless, with weapons such as a hammer and a golf club. They even pulled the victims around by their hair, and kicked them in their groin - injuring them maliciously. In the same month, another officer has falsely accused another homeless man of attacking him with a knife - before beating him up until his ribs were cracked.
The police had denied this initially, and it was only when the lawmakers requested for CCTV footage to be reviewed that the HKPF was forced to initiate investigations. However, as experience tells us, the officers would only be “harshly reprimanded”, as the police powers continue to encroach on the people’s rights.
